Cat Grooming
Happy Hounds also specialise in grooming cats of all types and breeds.
The grooming procedure consists of :
- Nails Cut and filed if feline is an indoor cat.
- Ears plucked of excess hair and cleansed
- Eyes cleaned and debris removed
- Glands checked and released if needed
- Removal of mats
- Dead undercoat brushed and removed leaving coat feeling healthy and soft
- Cats do not like water therefore a dry shampoo is applied to the coat leaving it clean, conditioned, fresh and deodorised.
- Cat Muzzles are used only if necessary, the muzzles is designed to cover the felines mouth and eyes keeping them calm and stress free.
Once the groom is completed and your feline is looking lovely a professional deodorising perfume is sprayed leaving your cat smelling wonderful. Flea treatments are also availble but must be requested upon booking.
Grooming takes approx 2-3 hours to complete, you are welcome to stay or you will be contacted 20 mins prior to your feline being ready for collection.
