The Happy Hounds Buster Dog Bed is a rectangle, pillow style bed featuring durable, double-sewn boxed edges finished with sherpa top and decorative cording. Its heavy-duty microfiber fabric is water and stain-resistant. The bed features a hefty hidden zipper to prevent chewing, and a removable, machine washable cover to make cleaning a breeze. This bed is generously filled with a 100% post-consumer recycled poly-fiber fill. Fabric shell is made in China, bed is filled and finished in the USA. Cushion dimensions are +/- 2 inches. My dog loves the Buster bed I got. She is a digger and I think this will hold up. The Buster bed is well-made but still cozy for her. Our household is quieter as she feels less inclined to dig (and dig and dig). The "Large" is bigger than other brands and was a surprise but she is happy with it.

I ordered this bed after getting an extremely poorly made, flimsy (but not inexpensive!) one through a bigger online retailer. This one is true to its description in terms of dimensions and quality. I got the medium and it's THICK! My dog (border collie) immediately sunk into it and drifted off to sleep. No way is he feeling that floor! This would be great for an arthritic dog. I love the sherpa texture (the dog seems to as well) and this is the first bed I've purchased that's actually easy to get the cover on and off. Previous ones were such a hassle that they rarely got cleaned. My dog doesn't soil his bed, but I like to keep his bedding as fresh as mine and this makes it a snap. I also love that this company offers replacement covers and cushions as well. I might get a second colour just to swap with the seasons!
